It greatly depends on the genre of music. But average would most likely be around 80-100. Beats per minute are also used as basis for determining the tempo.

An average beats per minute range is from 60 to 80. However, this can very greatly between different styles of music. Speed metal, for example, has a higher average.

BPM (beats per minute) is the pace of music measured by the number of beats that occur in 60 seconds. The tempo of most music ranges from 10 bpm (very, very slow) to just over 200 bpm (very, very fast). The average tempo of all music is roughly 120 bpm.

There is no real "average" as the bpm varies greatly on the type of music. Rock music temds to be at about 120 (BPM), and a slow waltz 90. House music is faster than Rock, around 120-128 bpm, Jungle still faster at 150-180 bpm. In the 40s and 50s, fast Bebop had high bpm, with some performed at 380 BPM

Most music these days does not stray far over 180 bpm or go below 60 bpm. It depends on the type of music. The actual average is probably between 90-130bpm.

Music is timed through beats. Generally rock music is 120 beats per minute (BPM) but that number can be as low as 40 or could be as much as 200 per minute. The genre of music depends on what a specific range would be. Faster music is a higher BPM, while slower music is a lower number.

according to what I have gathered an overall average BPM is between 60-80,120,90-130 and so on. It mostly depends on the style of music. From speed metal to slow jams.

Usually bpm ranges from as low as 40 beats per minute (or possibly even 20 beats per minute) and the highest beat per minute range would probably be within the two-hundred twenty range because any higher would be such a breakneck speed that no one would want to play the music.
