Leather and vinyl are similar when it comes to cleaning. Use a mild spray cleaner such as Windex and wipe with soft, clean cloth, or use dish soap and water. Do not put in washer. It can also be taken to the cleaners.
A nice and easy way is to take a damp rag with water and scrub it over your jacket. If it's very dirty, you can take a tub and put water and a little detergent in it and just hand wash it. Air dry it on the line afterwords.
