You could have the bridesmaid wear lavender and the ushers wear brown tuxedos. You could have brown tablecloths and lavender flower centerpieces for the tables. You could have a white cake frosted with white, lavender flowers and brown vines.

This could be really nice -- dark chocolate brown, especially using rich fabrics, like velvet. Lavender for highlights, like sashes or ribbons, or the flowers, or even the groom's vest. I would actually look for three or four shades of lavender, and use those all to make it look more exciting to the eye.

You could use lavender or lilac flowers in addition to brown cattails for decoration. You could match the bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen ties accordingly.

You could have a garden themed wedding. You could use branches and lilacs for your decorations. You can add in greenery and still stick with you color scheme.
