Spain has two main archipelagos including the Balearic Islands in the Sea of Mediterranean and the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean off the Moroccan coast. Palma on the island of Majorca is the largest city of Balearic Islands while Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is the capital of Canary Island. They are both popular destination for European tourists.

Yes there are islands that are part of Spain. For instance the Canary Islands are part of Spain. They are very pretty. The Balearic Islands are also part of Spain.
