Personal healthcare products, such as scented moisturizer and hand cream are lovely gifts. Perhaps giving a loved one a manicure, would be a nice present as well.

Some of the things that you could do for citizens in a nursing home are, you could find out what sort of group activity they all like to do and make sure they get to do it. Such as, escort all of them to a movie or some sort of outing.
