Most office work does not involve physical effort and is generally safe in that sense. You should avoid jobs that involve constant standing or heavy lifting.

Jobs that will not cause you a lot of stress are ok. Also, a job that doesn't require heavy lifting are fine. You should take frequent breaks though.

It's safe to do jobs that do not involve strenuous labor. Go for something like an Office Job where you are able to get off your feet for a while. If you are very productive you could even do a waitress job. Just make sure that you get plenty of rest before and after your shift.

Most any job that allows you to sit for the majority of the time should be fine. This would include secretaries, receptionists, front desk clerk, etc. Many women are fine working on their feet until it becomes uncomfortable to stand for long periods of time, typically around 6-7 months along. Avoid anything with lifting involved.
