Basically the best 70's songs are those that are at the top 10 for each year in the decade. One 70's style that stands out is in the latter part of the decade, namely disco. Some classicly popular songs during the era are "Night Fever", "Stayin Alive", "Disco Lady" and "I Will Survive."
