What are some exercises I can do in order to jump higher in basketball?

I would recommend doing some squats or stairmaster. Also, practice is also a good way to jump higher. All leg exercises should help strengthen your leg muscles so that you can jump higher. Some people just can't jump as high as others no matter what you do.

To jump higher one will have to do specific leg excercises. I would practice squauts and leg presses in the weight room. Gradually increase your weight resistance to build up better leg muscles. I'd excercise as well to keep limber.

You need to work on your core and lower body strength. Squats with weights are a good idea. Alot of running as well, you need to build your lower body muscles, so use weights.
