You will only get out of it what you put into it Do small things like park in the furthest parking spot, take the stairs instead of the elevator. Find a sport that that you really enjoy, like golfing or cycling, Don't think of exercise as a chore, but has something you enjoy and can work into your lifestyle

There really is no good substitute for exercise, but if you lack the time or motivation to exercise, the next best thing is to make sure you have a very healthy diet. Eat lots of vegetables and plenty of protein. I find the Zone diet works best for me.

There are plenty of things you can do that would be more fun, such as taking a dance class. A hip hop class, ballroom dancing, or even pole and belly dancing are known as great cardiovascular exercises. Martial arts, such as jiu jitsu or karate are also a lot of fun.

If you are looking to get in shape, there is no way to avoid exercise. Before starting any new fitness program, consult your physician. He can help you design a healthy eating plan and find exercises that interest you. The important thing about exercise is to find something you like and you will be more likely to stick with it.

There really is no substitute for physical activity to tone your muscles and improve your overall health. If you don't like workouts, try taking up a sport or dancing. Even just taking a daily 30-minute walk can improve your health and help with weight loss.
