Metformin and Alli are two diet pills they apparently work. They both have side effects though. Such as unable to control your bowels, nausea, depression, and hypertension. I have personally tried Alli and saw no results with it. It basically just teaches you to eat healthy and you dont need the pill for it.

Hydroxycut, Hard Core X, and Allie are useful for loosing weight. Supplements that contain caffeine and green tea have been proven to speed up the metabolism. Make sure that if you use these supplements that are careful and cautious. There are a lot health risked involved with each one. No pill solve all weight loss issues.

I do believe the best out there is Alli diet pills. I do believe these are very expensive but they do work. The second best is Xenical which is good for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease.

I will say Healthy Trim, Accai Berry, Metformin is also good, and Phenterfein, or you can go see your doctor and ask for a prescription or just Lipo shots which are more effective.
