What are my options if my stepmother won't show me the contents of my deceased father's will?

The will was filed in the state where your dad lived when he wrote the will. He likely had an attorney draw up the will. If you do not know the name of the attorney, you can access a copy of the will through the Clerk's office at the courthouse.

You need to contact a lawyer. The lawyer will be able to petition for you to view the will as it may contain information pertinent to you.

If you are in the will you have all right to see the contents of the will in order to determine your share of your father's estate. I suggest hiring a lawyer to deal with her because from the sound of it things are not going to be so smooth.
