These are just minor skin variations, kind of like the pores in human skin. They are perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.

There are many conditions which can cause these bumps. The number of conditions is extensive, so a quick diagnosis may be difficult. Some common causes are broken veins, or an allergic reaction; however, it could point to something more serious such as cancer, an Abscesses and mange. The best thing to do would be make an appointment with your vet.

When I started noticing hard bumps on the tips of my dog's ear I took him to the vet and after a long period of tests and worries, he was finally diagnosed with lupus. This doesn't have to be as scary as it sounds, but it does require medication. You should bring your dog to your vet.

These could be cysts and are actually a common occurence on certain breeds of dogs. If you notice more and more appearing, take them to a vet.

You need tot ake the dog to the vet right away they could be little tumors. The vet will be the only one that can take a biopsy of them and truly be able to tell you what they are.
