I use Nadi International Airport. It has a shopping mall from where you can buy any amenities you require. It also has a number of dining facilities. You may also find useful their currency exchange bureau.
Well, I actually would use Nadi International Airport. That is the most popular one down there and it is quite large indeed. There is another airport in Fiji as well not as common.
