Yes, there is a Spider-Girl. She first appeared in 'What If' by Marvel comics in 1998. Her name is May Parker and she is the daughter of Spider-Man, Peter Parker.
So far there isn't one in the movies, however there was a May Parker in the comics, who was the daughter of Spiderman. She was eventually given her own comic, SpiderGirl.
