No Mary Magdalene was not blood related to Jesus. In the Bible there was and is no mention of her being related to him though some historians and believe that they had a child together and were married. But that has no proof.
There is no scriptural evidence of this, or of any particular connection. There is some historical evidence and many fictional ideas that perhaps they were devoted friends, lovers or married.
There is no scriptural reference to Mary Magdalene being related to Jesus. She was the sister of Lazarus and Martha, who were followers and supporters of Jesus.
