No you should not date her as long as she has a boyfriend, anyway. Dating someone who is the girlfriend of some other is never a good idea. It only leads to trouble with a T. If you like this person, then tell her so, but let her know that you can only be friends whils she's attached to someone.

Date her when she ends things with her boyfriend and not before, it's not fair on you or the other guy. Your relationship would be built on lies and deceit but chances are if she's interested in you, her relationship with her boyfriend won't last very long.

The answer is a simple no. People should understand that they should not meddle with people in relationships as they have a bond with another person.
