Some older kitchens may have feed pipes that come from the faucet. Check to make sure that the faucet has full water pressure, and check to make sure that this tube is not blocked in any way. You may also want to check for hard water deposits in the dishwasher, that might be blocking water flow.

Try getting a plumbing snake and cleaning the tube that leads into it out. It could be a clog. If it is not solved by that then you may want to look into having a professional look into it, it could be a broken valve somewhere. A good cleaning of any filters will also sometimes fix this problem.

If this doesn't happen then you should try to call a cheap dishwasher worker and most of the time they are very helpful.

You will need to have a repair man come fix it, that is the only thing you can do. The repair person will know what to do to fix it.
