If your pond is supporting the adult fish without a problem, it should be fine as far as being a healthy place for the babies. Depending on the type of fish, you may want to try and isolate the babies so they're not eaten. But it shouldn't be a problem with most pond fish.

Some fish will eat their babies after a while. So first determine if they are canabalistic. After that, just feed them. Fish are pretty simple creatures requiring little more than food and well oxygenated water.

There is nothing new you need to do for baby fish in your pond except provide pond foliage to hide the babies from bigger fish or they'll be eaten.

The best way to care for young fish in a pond is try and give them some place to hide so the other fish do not eat them... submerged tree brances or little cylinders would help them.
