Whether or not to take a baby aspirin during pregnancy is a debated topic. All agree however to check with the doctor first. It can help in some clotting disorders.

I would definitely discuss with your doctor if you should or shouldnt based on your condition. Aspirin is a form of a blood thinner and could cause problems in the pregnancy.

Aspirin is a blood thinner. During pregnancy you should limit the medication you take. Only take those that are absolutely necessary. You should consult your doctor about the baby aspirin. It is always best during pregnancy to get the doctor's approval. The doctor can evaluate you and the baby, before continuing with the baby aspirin.

During pregnancy it is always advisable to consult your doctor before taking any medicine because whatever is your problem your doctor very well knows and he is the best person to advise you. So act on his/ her advise.

It is highly suggested to not take aspirin during pregnancy but the consensus is that taking a small dose (baby aspirin) should be safe, especially with a doctors note.

You shouldn't take anything that your doctor doesn't say is safe first. You can take Tylenol during pregnancy in the recommended doses.
