You should be happy with your entire body. You need to also think about the consequences of going bigger like back pain. There is also the possibility that even going bigger may leave you unhappy. If you find yourself unsatisified with your appearance I would suggest speaking to a professional.

It doesn't matter if you should be happy, but if you are actually happy with your body. At a size 43, you have a large ribcage which may actually make your chest look larger than you realize. Having a size C-cup bra is pretty hefty, too - Jessica Simpson claimed it was ideal.
