Yes, be extremely concerned. If you wish to save the pregnancy, bring her to a vet immediately. There is something very wrong and the vet can best diagnose it, given its frequency and bloody discharge. This is a symptom of a possible miscariage on its way or serious illness in her.

I would always be concerned about a dogs' bloody diarrhea, whether they are pregnant or not. I would definitely take your dog to the vet and get her checked out! You can never be too cautious about a pets' health since they have no way of communicating when something is wrong.

Yes. It would be prudent to consult your local veterinarian about this problem. Some causes of blood in stool are parasites and viral infections. Parasites are the least serious, but if an infestation becomes severe it can become a dangerous situation, especially of your pups. Hookworms are just one parasite that can be transferred to puppies before they are born.

Blood in the stool for a dog is not a good thing. Especially if it is recurring like this and carrying a littler. Take your dog to the vet.

A pregnant dog getting diarrhea can be devastating to the growth of the puppies. Bring her into the vet asap, it will weaken your dog and could result in problems during labor. You may also want to look into what she is eating, is she getting into foods that she shouldn't be eating? Changing her diet might help.

I would definitely check with your vet. Bloody diarrhea in dogs could mean a parvoviral infection, which should be treated, especially since your dog is pregnant. This is not necessarily serious and could be caused by number of other reasons, but it is advisable to have it checked.

Bloody diarrhea is a symptom that should not be ignored. Scoop up a fresh sample in a container or bag and go to the veterinarian immediately. The pregnancy may be compromised, the puppies may not be healthy when born, and your dog's overall health is at risk. This is not a normal trait.

Yes, you should be worried about this take her to the vet. This could be a sign of many things that is wrong with her. If it has a foul smell it could be Canine Parvo Virus, if this is the case then she will not eat at all that much food or drink and she will be lethargic.
