Anger and aggression feelings are normal to most preschooler children. Small children don't have the self-control of an adult, so they need our guidance to help them improve their controls.

This is something you will need to be careful about. If your three year old doesn't curve his aggression it could become a problem later in life. Most violent adults were highly aggressive as children. You need to give your child time outs or take things away if he is violent. There must be consequences for his bad behavior.

It depends on what type of aggressive behavior we are talking about. If it is aggressive behavior that could put your child or others in danger then it is something that should be a concern and a plan of action to deal with it should be developed. If not it can be dealt with a little less concern.

Yes ofcourse. Aggressive behavior in a three year old child is not a normal thing. It may cause physical injuries to not only others but themselves too.
