Should a bathroom floor be glossy or dull?

It is really personal preference. The main thing if installing tile on the floor is to make sure it is not slippery when wet. This will prevent a fall.

Bathroom tiles should never be glossy as soap, detergent, shampoo , water and fomy items used in batroom if spilled may not be seen by user and he / she may slipped.

A glossy floor may be more prone to being slippery when wet. Further a glossy floor will probably show grime better than a dull floor.

I prefer mine to be glossy. because the floor would be shiny and if its get dirty it is easier to spot to clean

Bathroom floor should not be glossy because when it becomes wet your leg will slip and there are chances that you may fall down. So go for dull floor.
