It depends on why she left. If it is because she is in love with someone else, she probably wont come back. If she was just mad at you for something, then it is slightly possible she might come back. If hit her then no way she is coming back.

That would depend on the reasons why your wife left you, chances are with the amount of time that has gone by she will not be coming back to you.
