My oak tree has a web blanket on its trunk. What should I do?

The forest tent caterpillar build structures on the trunks and branches of an oak tree and then rest and moult. Purchase organic insecticide and apply early spring when eggs hatch.Barklice living in clusters on the tree's bark eat fungus and mold on tree. Webbing results and can be safely removed with a high-pressure spraying. Apply fungicide for prevention.
