This can happen sometimes during bad weather. If the weather is good, then check for obstructions such as bushes, trees or animals. If all else fails then you may be able to request the satellite check the alignment of the dish.

Normally signal loss is caused by weather conditions such as cloudiness and rain. Also, any ground items can block signal, make certain that there are no trees or snow blocking the satellite from a clear view of the southern sky. The final possibility is that your cable line running from your satellite may need replaced.

I think your satellite is moved from actual setting that is the reason the signal is lose now you have to re-fix the setting then only you will get the signal.
