We have her in a warm bath and she looks like she's trying to make it.

You may want to take him to the vet. Blackness can be a sign of stress and having a hard time breathing could be a sign of respiratory problems

You need to trim the dragon's beard. It's obviously impeding her normal breathing functions. Trim the beard until it turns green, then she will be alright. Full recovery!
