WWE means World Wrestling ENTERTAINMENT, it is real but they already know who is going to win. It is a BIG show and spectacle but is very well elaborated they are experts and train every day. As a show it is very real, some of the moves have to be made with the help of the other wrestler.

The match results are pre-determined, but the physical activity is real. The wrestlers do wrestle in such a way that they don't purposely inflict pain on one another; but professional wrestling is a still a strenuous and often painful activity and injuries do happen. The feuds and story-lines are scripted for entertainment purposes, which is called "kayfabe".

Usually wrestling that is televised is almost always fake. They do have there times where it is real, but 99% of the time it is put on. During, the fights if you record it and put it on slow motion you will clearly see that it is all acted out.

WWE wrestling is scripted, in that the outcome has already been decided before the match starts, and the moves also (they are choreographed). That being said, when wrestlers are picked up and thrown down, that is real, as are some of the moves (although softened so as to not injure the wrestlers).

Not 100%. All wrestlers are actors and act according to the script. Also some moves are totally fake and are nothing but an illusion.
