There are many veterinarians that specialize in small and unique animals, including turtles, and while I'm positive there are some for turtles strictly, they are probably very hard to find. Many vets are willing to treat turtles however, so long as the conditions are simple.

not turtles specifically, but there are such things as vets that specialize in reptiles, which is where you would take the turtles. look hard cause they are few and far between, but when you find a good one.. its good!

No there is no such thing a a turtle veterinarians. There are however veterinarians who specialize in reptiles and who would know how to handle a turtle.

Not exactly. There are veterinarians that specialize or focus on reptiles and amphibians though. You may even be able to talk to your local zoo to get reommendations.
