One way to enlarge your nipples is by attaching small lead weights (such as those used for fishing) to your nipples as you go about your daily business. Within 2-3 weeks your nipples will begin to grow.

There are methods for this, though some seem a bit bizarre to me. Vacuum pumps and nipple piercings appear to be the most common non-surgical methods.
