It may be. Your dog might shake its head in unnatural ways, rub its ear against the floor more than usual, or show difficulty with balance. Check for redness and/or swelling in the ears and take the dog to the vet- they'll clean the ears and give you medicine.

A common sign of ear infections in dogs is stumbling. If the dog has something lodged in his/her ear, this could cause neurological reactions and cause stumbling. The best thing to do is to clean out the ears with a ear rinse, and make sure there is nothing lodged in the ear canal.

Many things can cause stumbling in dogs. Arthritis, infectious diseases, toxic levels of meds or something the animal might have gotten into, tumors and allergies to name a few.

It can be a symptom of a serious inner ear infection, but not a typical ear infection. Those symptoms can be caused by blindness or a neurological disease or injury too.

Yes it can be and if it has gotten to this point, there is a chance the infection has spread to his inner ear. You should take him to the vent since if it is an infection, he's going to be in a lot of pain.

It could be the center of balance is in the ear. The other thing you might want to think about soing is take the dog to the vet and have it checked for lyme disease as well as having its eys checked the symptoms could be one of those things as well.

Not typically. Stumbling can be a sign of many serious problems, though, so a vet visit should be in order. Some common problems associated with stumbling are arthritis, neuropathy, disk disease, blindness, Wobbler's, degenerative myelopathy, dehydration, intoxication (any kind of toxin has the potential to cause stumbling), and seizures, among others.

Yes, stumbling is a symptom of an ear infection. Other signs you can look for is the dog pawing at their ears, drooling, and just not being themselves.

It could be a symptom of an ear infection, an eye problem, a neurological problem or something even more serious. The best thing to do would have your veterinarian check your dog as soon as possible.
