She is gaining weight, which is a good sign, but most children gain weight much faster than that. Take your baby to the doctor and make sure everything is working alright with her digestive system. Your doctor may be able to offer you tips to help feed her as well.

I don't think your baby is under weight. It may just have not hit a growth spurt. You are breast feeding you are doing the right thing. This provides all the nourishment your baby will need. If not still is not gaining you may want to supplement with formula.

At this age your daughter should weigh between 5kg and 7kg barring any issues with prematurity. You should definitely discuss your concerns with your daughter's pediatrician as it appears she is quite small for her age and possibly not thriving.

Your baby girl is definitely underweight. She has gained less than 1 kg - normally they gain that much in 6 weeks. her feeding pattern is inadequate. She needs to feed for more time - about 20 minutes. She needs a detailed check up to see what the problem is.

As long as your doctor is not concerned you should be fine. Your doctor will let you know if she is failure to thrive or not. Keep feeding her and keep the faith
