A bathroom seat warmer can be a good investment if you live in a cold climate or if your house or bathroom is generally cold or drafty enough to justify it.

I believe that buying a bathroom seat warmer is just a waste of money. You aren't there for a long time in the first place, therefore I see no need for one. Yes, it would be comfortable, but it is not a necessity or something that you should blow your money on.
