Yes it is true. We are the gift of god. God gives us life,nature,everything because every thing is in gods own hand and he is the only person who can destroy every thing and can make everything in this life. Before I was born I was like the 'Little Seed' in Gods hand.

If the god you are referring to is the Christian god, then yes as he is all-knowing he definately knew you before you were born.

Absolutely. God knows all. I believe that God knew what He was doing when He created each of us. I know this because God does not make mistakes. Believe that.
