Many essential oils are safe during pregnancy, but it's important to research with your specific situation in mind. Safe essential oils should be diluted to about half strength during pregnancy.

Most, but not all essential oils are safe to use during pregnancy. Pick which products you would like to use and research them to make sure they are safe. Also, you may need to dilute certain products to use them safely.

Yes it should be, essential oils are typically made from natural things such as plants and flowers so that should not harm the baby at all. If you are still anxious about it, check ingredients.
