Unless it's extremely watered down to where there is only a hint of coffee taste it is hard on your cat's body. It's not good for people to drink too much so it definately isn't good for your cat. Not to mention how it will make your cat hyperactive which can send it looking to expell energy.

No. Caffeine is actually toxic to animals and can lead to death if taken in large amounts. If the cat licks up a drop or two then the cat will be fine, but don't let it keep lapping from a coffee cup filled with coffee.

It is not wise to allow your cat to drink coffee. Felines are desert animals with a weak thirst mechanism. Coffee is a diruetic, which means that it causes increased excretion of fluid from the body. This is not a healthy combination for cats as it can lead to dehyration which can lead in turn to more serious health problems.

You should not allow your cat to drink coffee. The caffeine in coffee are bad for them and when given in high doses it can be lethal. A small sip in your cup is probably okay but monitor him for any poison symptoms just in case.

There is no need for cat to drink coffee. The coffee has caffeine, which elevates blood pressure, increases heart beat rate. Cats love to taste different things, but that doesn't mean he needs it. Nothing bad will happen from one time, but if a cat drinks coffee on a regular basis, he will become alarmed and stressed.

If your cat is drinking coffee I would recommend decaf. Your cat may be getting addicted to the caffeine and that could make the heart go too fast.

I don't think a little coffee will hurt a cat. I would not give the cat too much. The cat might even like coffee. Go ahead and give them a little taste.
