Yes, if the meetings are during regular working hours. If the meetings are outside your normal hours, and you are paid by the hour, you must be paid to attend.

Yes, it is legal for an employer to hold mandatory meetings. In some cases, it may be illegal for the employer NOT to hold meetings about OSHA rules, etc.

Yes, but employees who are not otherwise scheduled to work at the time of the meeting must be paid for attending, including overtime if applicable.
