There is no law to prevent you from feeding deer. Check with the Game and Wildlife office in your area for details. Feeding deer encourages them to stay nearby. They will destroy your garden and landscaping if they are hungry.

Washings 'Feeder Laws' allow for a person to feed deer, or any wildlife, on their own private property. The person must not feed the deer harmful substances or use the food as a lure for hunting or otherwise. Deer do well with a supplemental feeding of corn. Be sure to keep food a distance from home to avoid ticks. .

If is legal to feed deer, but feeding them encourages them to stay close by and will attract more of them. They will eat everything that is not nailed down, including flowers, plants, garden plants, fruit and vegetable plants, ornamentals, shrubbery, trees and bark.

I think it is prohibited to feed animals specifically deer in any state, let alone Washington. This is based on the human premise of safety and endangerment to our animals.

That depends. It is illegal to feed deer as a way to attempt to hunt them. However if you are just feeding for enjoyment there is no issue.

Any wild animal should not be feed, including deer. It is illegal to try to make a pet out of a wild animal and feeding deer gives them a false sense of security around people.
