Some women experience slight spotting during ovulation. This is not common in all women and if it is heavy bleeding you can always get it checked out by a doctor to make sure eveything is fine.

Yes, but it should be light. This time of your period, when you see a bit of light blood, is called spotting. And it is perfectly normal.

No it is not common to have bleeding during that time. Bleeding at that time would show a pathological interruption of your normal hormone variation.
