Not really. Puppy food usually has more calories and more carbs added to help in the maturation of the puppy. When the dog is grown he will not need such high calorie food, and when the dog get to the older stage, too many calories will make it over weight and at risk for many diseases.

It is not a good idea to feed a grown dog puppy food. The puppy food is specially balanced for a growing and active dog that need the extra calories. Your dog will be likely to put on additional weight and not be getting the correct nutrition if they remain on puppy chow once they are an adult.

It is not ideal. Puppies and adult dogs have different nutritional needs. The difference isn't huge, so it probably won't hurt the dog, but it's not ideal.

It is not necessary to feed a grown dog puppy food. Pet foods are formulated with the pet's particular life stage in mind, with the proper nutrient and protein content.
