If your kidney function is ok taking ibuprofen occasionally while on creatine should be fine. If your creatinine levels are greater than 1.5 and your BUN is elevated, I would not suggest it. If you have diabetes, kidney problems, or hypertension, I would also be cautious.

Yes. Ibuprofen is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain. This class of drugs are not known to interact adversely with creatine and it is therefore safe to take the two together. Having said that both ibuprofen and creatine should be avoided in people with kidney disease and they affect kidney function.

i think it is safe to take ibuprofen and creatine at the same time on the premise that the two products are used under doctor's instruction. And the NSAID(ibuprofen)should not be pruchased without doctor's prescription. If this pain reliever is taken temporarily,It is pretty safe to take with healty food or other drugs.

There is a drug interaction between ibuprofen and creatine usage. It increases the possibility of kidney damage. It depends on the dosage and your health condition. Talk to your doctor.

It should be, however it is important to consult your medical physician first. As you may have some type of reaction that you would not expect, especially with things like creatine

non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen is not safe to be taken along with creatine as it can cause damage to the kidneys and the renal and nephoral systems causing more damge rather than helping in treatment.
