Is having missed periods every now and then a sign of early menopause?

I miss a period one month then have them for three and miss another one.

Irregular periods if your cycles have been regular up till this point could indicate early menopause or it could be an indication of many other things. You should contact your doctor to have some test done to rule out early menopause and determine what is causing the missed periods. You can expect blood work and possible ultrasounds.

It is possible that this is a sign of early menopause, if you are of an age where this is possible, but it can also be attributed to any number of other things that cause changes in hormones including pills, medicines, stress, or anything else, so have the doc check it out.

It depends on your age. If you are a young woman, there may be some hormonal imbalance or disorder requiring blood tests.

Strangely enough this is rather normal. Its not a sign of early menopause, just signs of the stresses and enironment your body is in. But never hurts to see doctor.
