Though it is formal and standard, it may be better to "mix it up" a bit and show a little bit more personality. Stay with the dress shirt, but vary the color (no pastels, but nothing crazy); perhaps try blues or greens. Color-coordinate with accessories, but don't match exactly or go overboard.

It is best to be clean and pressed for any job interview, regardless the position. If you wear a white dress shirt, wear an undershirt and a tie. Tuck the shirt into pressed trousers. Wear dress shoes. Be sure to practice good grooming as well.

It is not bad for interviews as long as it is paired with a nice pressed pair of slacks and shined shoes. The best bet would be to spy, in a sense, on other people working at the place you are interviewing. You should be dressed as good as they are if not better. Suits are always good.

A white dress shirt is the appropriate shirt to wear for a job interview. Even if the company has a relaxed dress code, you want to look nice.

A white dress shirt is an excellent choice for a job interview. You should also where dress slacks, if not khaki pants. A suit coat will help.
