The 1996 Chevrolet Caprice is an acceptable car for a new driver . It's price si a medium one and you can make a good mileage with it. The only disadvantage is that the car is a little big, so for a new driver it can be a little hard to drive .

The '96 Chevy Caprice is a solid built vehicle. The Caprice was a mainstay for police departments because of it's sturdy design.

It is not a bad car but probably not a good choice for a new driver. It is pretty big car. This means that it could be harder to drive as well as park for a inexperienced driver. I would go with some smaller and better on gas.

Then it is a very good car for a new dricer. They are also known for being good in the snow.
