When you have your party you need to make sure that you provide at least one drink of soda per hour per guest. You also need to remember not to forget the ice that will accompany the sodas. I would say to have one pound of ice available per person.

Most guests will have at least one soda. Some might have two. A good plan is to buy one for each guest and then double it by half.

It is best to have soda in liter and two liter sizes. The soda is more inexpensive this way and gives you a chance to get a wide variety to please a variety of different tastes. Try to buy one liter of soda per guest. This amount will cover your needs safely, giving you one less worry.

A good rule of thumb is to provide a two liter bottle for every four to five guests. If you would like you can keep a few extra bottles on hand just in case someone is really thirsty.
