This is completely dependent upon the level of insurance that you have, as well as the cost of the car and if you had gap insurance if financed.

Usually the person at fault will be liable for all of the damages to the other person's vehicle. So it will depend on how extensive the damages are.

This depends on the type of car you have, the amount you have insured it for and many other factors, The best price can only be given to you by the insurance company itself.

The standard amount would be to have the car repaired, No injuries mean that you did not accumulate medical bills. Thus leaving you just out the car you drove. I would not press for much, you won't get it.

A "full coverage" policy will pay for any damages to your vehicle. Now if your car is totaled in the accident then the insurance company will pay you for the Kelley Blue Book value of your vehicle. If you owe more than your car is worth gap insurance covers the remainder of the balance.

it depends on who caused the accident and on the amount of damage to your car. If the car is insured the insurance company look for damage and the decide the total damage and they fix the amount. If the car is not insured the car driver pay the amount.

The settlement amount on this type of accident would depend on who's fault it was and how much damage was done to each vehicle.
