Unless your physician has prescribed otherwise, taking Plendil should not matter in the morning or afternoon in terms of adverse side effects. Theoretically taking Plendil at night should reduce any chance of fainting, dizziness, and hypotension during the day. However, if you are drinking grapefruit juice, be careful for grapefruit juice intensifies the drug and its side effects.

When is not as important as how it's taken. Tablet should not be broken, chewed or crushed. Swallow whole with full glass of water. Take same time everyday.

I would think that would depend on your Doctor and also what other medications that you may be taken as well and when.

Based on my reading on the info on file with the FDA from the manufacturer, it doesn't really matter in terms of efficacy whether you take your dose in the morning or at night, as long as you are consistent. You should do whatever is easiest for you.
