If a guy cheats emotionally does that mean he doesn't love his girlfriend anymore?

Emotional Cheating is just the same as physical cheating. If the guy cheats emotionally he's more prone to cheating physically. It could mean he either doesn't love you anymore or he's missing something and trying to find it. Either way, dump him. You deserve better.

Guys can have feelings for others while still loving his girlfriend. He may not be cheating as much as getting close to another person. There are many depths of friendships. If the original relationship is strong and there is trust; then there is no reason to feel that this is emotionally cheating.

Not necessarily, but it does mean that either he is not getting something that he needs from her or that he is a bit immature. You need to discuss it.

I do not think that it necessarily means that he does not love his girlfriend anymore. It is possible to love several people simultaneously, and it could be the case. However, if he cheated, he obviously doesn't respect his girlfriend, which could cause long-term problems if the relationship continued.
