She could be shy. She may like you, but is too nervous to say anything to you. The best thing for you to do is to start a friendly conversation with her. Show her that you are an easy person to talk to and she may open up and let you know how she feels.

A girl may look at a guy for different reasons. If it seems a girl is always looking at you and then looking away, this might mean she is interested. Although a frustrating way to find out, some women take their time even when they are interested. If approached prematurely she will get turned off.
