A tilted pelvis is a condition in which the pelvis moves from its natural position of being slightly curved inward to one which is more straight up and down. This can cause changes in gait, uneven posture, and lower back pain.

Simply, at the pelvic level, one side of your body is higher than the other. This had become a recent "fad" for treatment providers claiming inequal leg length- I would consult an orthopedist. Most people are not "even" and suffer no problems. Due to a serious accident one side of my me is substantially higher- I've never suffered back issues.

When one side of your pelvis is higher than the other. Its very common, and easily treatable by a chiropractor or sometimes a massage therapist.

A tilted pelvis is when your leg lengths are slightly unequal, and your pelvis tilts to one side or another so that you can stand properly. It's a cause of lower back pain.
